the Coherent Global Commodity Investment Portfolio.

Noteholders are advised that the JSE has granted UBS AG approval for a Tap
Issuance for UBS Portfolio Notes linked to the Coherent Global Commodity
Investment Portfolio (the "Reference Portfolio").

For Portfolio Notes linked to the Coherent Global Commodity Investment
Portfolio, approval has been granted for an additional 1,250,000 units
(“Tranche 2”) to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing
issue of 250,000 Portfolio Notes linked to the Coherent Global Commodity
Investment Portfolio ("Tranche 1”) for Series 18.

This listing (Series 18) is issued under the Information Memorandum of UBS
AG.
