CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Marius Barkhuysen has informed the board of
directors of Redefine (the "Board") of his intention to retire from the Board following the conclusion
of the upcoming annual general meeting of the Company due to be held on 23 February 2023.

Marius was a director of Fountainhead Property Trust Management Limited for three years before it
was acquired by Redefine in 2015 and having served as a director of Redefine for over seven years,
now wishes to retire to pursue other interests.

The Board thanks Marius for his invaluable contribution over many years to Redefine and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
