CHANGE IN INDIVIDUAL DESIGNATED AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.75(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Workforce (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that due to audit partner rotation at Crowe JHB,
Craig George has been appointed as the new individual designated auditor for the Company, replacing Gary
Kartsounis, who has completed his term.

The appointment of Craig George as Workforce’s independent designated auditor took effect from
17 November 2022.

The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr Kartsounis for his work during his tenure.
