NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that a notice of the annual general meeting of Attacq shareholders ("AGM") has been
distributed and is available on the Company's website at www.attacq.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/attacq-notice-
of-agm-2022.pdf

The AGM will take place at 09h00 on Thursday, 17 November 2022 at the Conference Centre, Maxwell Office Park,
37 Magwa Crescent, Waterfall City, and via an interactive electronic link for those who wish to participate via electronic
means.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 8 November 2022 and
the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 11 November 2022.
