Delay in Availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the Year ended 31 March 2022

Bondholders are advised that Nqaba will not be able to release their Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
for the year ended 31 March 2022, as the audit is in the process of being finalised. The Issuer intends to
finalise this process and issue the AFS on an urgent basis.

A further announcement will be released when the AFS are made available.
