executive board member effective 23 February 2022 in order to strengthen the Board.

The appointment of Ms Tryphosa Ramano CA(SA) was made in terms of the handbook for
the appointment of persons to boards of state and state-controlled institutions as issued by
the South African cabinet in January 2009. Denel is confident that through her skills and
experience she will provide the necessary support and guidance to the company.
