Outcome of the Second Meeting
Creditors resolved at the Second Meeting of Creditors held on 6 August 2021 that ResGen execute the ‘Holding’
Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) proposed by the Voluntary Administrators.
The DOCA was executed on 11 August 2021, resulting in the cessation of the Voluntary Administrators and the
appointment of Jamie Harris, Anthony Connelly and Jason Preston as the Deed Administrators.
