Conversion ratio of participatory units in the Cloud Atlas S&P African
Sovereign Bond ETF

Further to the announcement released on the results of the ballot voting
for the Cloud Atlas amendment of the Cloud Atlas AMI Real Estate EX-SA ETF
(“AMIRE”) into participatory units in the Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign
Bond ETF (“ASBI”), there will be a fractionalisation of 1/6 (0.1666666667)
(“the conversion ratio”) whereby 6 AMIRE participatory units will convert
into 1 ASBI participatory unit.

Investors are also informed that there will be rounding down of decimals
accordingly and that participatory unitholders who hold less than 1 share
of ASBI, will be funded to match a single share as per the listing
supplemental. The value of the fraction of the shares will be announced on
Thursday, 29 July 2021.

The record date for participatory unit holders of AMIRE is Friday, 30 July
2021 and CSDP or broker accounts will be updated with ASBI participatory
units on Monday, 02 August 2021.
