AMENDMENTS TO THE OLD MUTUAL, OMLACSA AND OLD MUTUAL INSURE INFORMATION STATEMENT IN RESPECT
OF THE ZAR25,000,000,000 MULTI-ISSUER NOTE PROGRAMME
Noteholders are advised that Old Mutual, OMLACSA and Old Mutual Insure (the “Issuers”) have amended and restated
the information statement in respect of the ZAR25,000,000,000 Multi-Issuer Note Programme (the “Information
Statement”) to incorporate various regulatory amendments and in order to align the Information Statement with the
most recent JSE Limited (the “JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements (the “JSE DLRs”).
The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following sections:
1. Old Mutual
• Key Risk Factors;
• Board of Directors and Debt Officer; and
• Material Changes.
2. OMLACSA
• Risk Management and Key Risk Factors;
• Board of Directors and Debt Officer; and
• Material Changes.
3. Old Mutual Insure

• Capital Management;
• King IV Application;
• Board of Directors and Debt Officer; and
• Material Changes.
