APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER

Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the appointment of Dorothy Kobe, in her capacity as General Manager: Treasury, as the Debt
Officer for the Land Bank with immediate effect.
