CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Brett Nagle has informed the board of directors of Attacq (the “board”) of his
intention to retire with effect from 27 November 2020.
Brett, who was due to retire by rotation at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting, will
accordingly not offer himself up for re-election at the meeting but will remain a member of the board, the
audit and risk committee and the investment committee until 27 November 2020, being the date of the
annual general meeting.
Brett was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board in July 2015 and also served on
the Investment and Audit and Risk committees. The board thanks Brett for his invaluable contribution to the
company over the years and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
A structured process to identify and attract an additional independent non-executive director with the
appropriate expertise and background to become a member of the board and the audit and risk committee
has commenced. A further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
