(together the “Precious Metal ETNs”)

Subsequent to the SENS announcement on 03 June 2020, notice is hereby given to
Noteholders of the respective Precious Metal ETNs that:

   1. the Precious Metal ETNs will mature in whole in accordance with the conditions of
      the Applicable Pricing Supplement relating to each Precious Metal ETN on 11 August
      2020;

   2. the last day to trade in the Precious Metal ETNs was 30 July 2020; and the Precious
      Metal ETNs are suspended on 31 July 2020;

   3. The amount, to be paid to the respective Precious Metal ETN Noteholders is as
      determined on 11 August 2020;

   4. the aggregate to be paid by the Issuer to the respective Precious Metal ETN
      Noteholders in terms of the redemption of the Securities, expressed as an amount of
      South African Rand (“ZAR”) per single Note, is as follows:

       SBAG1 (Gold ETN) - R 368.31 per unit
       SBAPD1 (Palladium ETN) – R 1121.15 per unit
       SBAPL1 (Platinum ETN) – R 137.75 per unit
       SBAS1 (Silver ETN) – R 314.20 per unit

   5. the Issuer will pay the amounts to Strate Proprietary Limited (“Strate”) on 12 August
      2020, following which the Issuer will be discharged of its payment obligations; and

   6. the date on which the Securities will be Terminated is 14 August 2020;

   7. each of the persons shown in the records of Strate and/or the Participants as the
      holder of a particular number of Notes in respect of the Precious Metal ETNs must
      look solely to Strate and/or the relevant Participant for his/her/its share of each such
      payment so made by the Issuer to, or to the order of, Strate.

Investors in the Gold ETN, Palladium ETN and Platinum ETN should note that alternative
ETFs linked to Gold (share code ETFGLD), Platinum (share code ETFPLT) and Palladium
(share code (ETFPLD) as managed by 1nvest Fund Managers (owned by the Issuer) are
available as alternative investment options linked to the same underlying precious metal.
