IDC APPOINTS GERT GOUWS AS ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


The IDC Board has approved the appointment of Mr Gouws as the acting Chief Financial Officer
for a period of 3 months while the process of appointing the permanent incumbent is being
finalized. The recruitment process is progressing well and is expected to be concluded very soon.


Mr Gouws spent over 35 years at the IDC in various roles, including serving in the role of the CFO
for many years. Ms Nonkululeko Dlamini will work closely with Mr Gouws during the month of July
to ensure smooth transition.
