RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 27 October 2014 (in terms of the
notice of general meeting dispatched to shareholders on Friday, 26 September 2014), all of the resolutions tabled
thereat were passed by the requisite majority of Sable shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the general meeting are as follows:

      total number of Sable shares that could have been voted at the general meeting
