DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME – INCREASE IN PROGRAMME AMOUNT


Shareholders and noteholders are hereby advised that the Company has increased the maximum aggregate Outstanding
Nominal Amount of all of the Notes that may be issued under its Domestic Medium Term Note Programme at any one
point in time (the Programme Amount) from ZAR5 000 000 000 to ZAR10 000 000 000, effective 27 August 2025.
