Vineyard has received approval from the JSE Limited (the JSE) in terms of its Applicable Transaction
Supplement dated 11 July 2025 (the ATS) established under the amended and restated Multi-Issuer
Programme Memorandum dated 19 July 2023 and the Applicable Issuer Supplement dated 29
October 2024.
