Moody's Investor Services announced on 22 October 2024 that it has:

- affirmed the Global Scale Ratings and National Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A11 and TR5A12 notes of Ba2
  (sf) and Aa2.za (sf) respectively;
- downgraded the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A21, TR5A22 and TR5A31 notes to Ba1.za (sf), from
  A1.za (sf);
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A21, TR5A22 and TR5A31 notes to B2 (sf), from Ba3
  (sf);
- downgraded the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5B1 and TRA5B2 notes to Caa2.za (sf) from B1.za
  (sf); and
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5B1 and TRA5B2 notes to Caa3 (sf) from Caa1 (sf).
