CHANGES TO THE TRANSNET BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In terms of paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, the Issuer advises Noteholders
that Mr Clarence Benjamin's term as a non-executive director and the Chairperson of the Audit
Committee ended effective 31 August 2024. Mr Benjamin was appointed to the Board on a one-
year term, from 01 September 2023 to 31 August 2024.

Mr Dipak Patel has assumed the role of Interim Chairperson of Audit Committee effective from
02 September 2024. Mr Patel was appointed to the Board in July 2023 where he has been serving
as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr Patel will serve as Interim
Chairperson of the Audit Committee until a permanent appointment is made.
