CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Bernhardt Seyfferdt du Toit, an independent non-executive
director and member of the audit and risk committee, who, in terms of KAL Group’s
memorandum of incorporation retires by rotation at the Company’s next annual general
meeting (“2024 AGM”), has advised the board that he will not be making himself available for
re-election. Details on the 2024 AGM will be communicated to shareholders in due course.

The board wishes to thank Mr du Toit for his significant and positive contribution to the
Company and wishes him well in his retirement.
