AMENDMENTS TO APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENTS ISSUED UNDER THE
ISSUER'S ZAR4,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME DATED 27
SEPTEMBER 2019("PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM")


Noteholders are hereby advised that the Issuer has amended the
notes issued under the Issuer's ZAR4,000,000,000 asset backed
note programme memorandum dated 27 September 2019 ("Programme
Memorandum").

The amendments, which have been provided for in the amended
Applicable Pricing Supplements, are summarized as follows:

  1. Item 13 of each of the Class A2, Class A3, Class B1, Class
     C1 and Class D1 Applicable Pricing Supplements currently
     in issue; the Coupon Step-Up Date has been amended to 21
     August 2023 from 21 August 2024.


  2. Item 15 of each of the Class A2, Class A3, Class B1, Class
     C1 and Class D1 Applicable Pricing Supplements currently
     in issue; the Coupon Step-Up Date has been amended to 21
     August 2023 from 21 August 2024.

The Amended Pricing Supplements were approved by the JSE on 8
August 2023 and is available for viewing on the following website
