CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of the Company are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS by
Premier Fishing and Brands Limited (“Premier Fishing”) on 9 November 2022, advising of AEEI’s
intention to make an offer to acquire all the outstanding ordinary shares of Premier Fishing not held
by AEEI and shareholders acting in concert with AEEI. AEEI currently owns 56% of the ordinary shares
in Premier Fishing.
Whilst this does not currently constitute a firm intention to make an offer or offers in terms of the
Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The Board of the Company (“the Board”), individually and collectively, accepts responsibility for the
information contained in this announcement insofar as it relates to Company. In addition, the Board
confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in this
