Change to the Board of Directors
In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders
are herewith advised of the following changes to the board of directors (the “Board”) of Sentinel
Finco.
Appointment
Wilhelmus Johannes Badenhorst (“Willem”) has been appointed as an Independent Non-
Executive director to the Board of Sentinel Finco, effective 25 August 2022.
Willem has been with Stonehage Fleming (which acquired Maitland Group’s Corporate Services
and Private Client businesses, and is currently its Global Head of Corporate Services. A
Chartered Accountant (SA) by profession, Willem has a wide range of experience in corporate
and fiduciary services and investment funds, both locally in South Africa and internationally in
Luxembourg, Mauritius and the Caribbean.
Resignation
Jan Reyneke (“Jan”) has resigned as Non-Executive director to the Board of Sentinel Finco,
effective 25 August 2022. The Board wishes to thank Jan for his valuable contributions to the
issuer during his tenure.
