NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE AND COMPANY SECRETARY


In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders
are hereby advised of the following changes to the board of directors (the
“Board”) and company secretary with effect from 1 July 2022:


   •   Mr WH Swanepoel, has resigned as a member of the Board and Audit Committee
       and will be replaced by Mr KW van Staden who has been appointed as a member
       of the Board, in the capacity of an independent non-executive director,
       and Audit Committee.
   •   TMF Corporate Services (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“TMF”) has
       resigned as Company Secretary of the Issuer and will be replaced by
       Quadridge Trust Services (Pty) Ltd who has been appointed as a Company
       Secretary of the Issuer.


The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr. WH Swanepoel and TMF for
their commitment and service to the Issuer over the years. The Board further
welcomes Mr KW van Staden and Quadridge Trust Services (Pty) Ltd, and looks
forward to their contribution to the Issuer.
