CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
Mr Richard Bolleurs (“Richard”) has notified the Board of his immediate resignation as the Company’s Financial
Director due to ill health.
Shareholders are advised that Mr Leon Thompson (“Leon”) has been appointed as the Company’s Financial
Director with immediate effect.
Leon completed his B. Comm Acc. and B. Compt Hons CTA degrees in 1992 and is a member of the South African
Institute of Professional Accountants.
Leon worked in a number of senior financial and managerial positions within listed companies in the Mining,
Engineering, FMCG and Business Support Services sectors after completion of his articles. He has extensive
experience in business mergers and restructures, refinancing/recapitalisation, strategising and was involved in
starting up new business divisions in various geographical areas of South Africa.
Managing businesses and financial departments has always been part of Leon’s responsibilities.
The Board wishes to welcome Leon to the Board and to thank Richard for his services, wishing him a speedy
recovery.
