CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT – CORRECTION OF WEBSITE IN COMBINED OFFER CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 25 October 2021 wherein it referred to the
posting of the combined Offer Circular and Notice to convene a General Meeting.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company website has been erroneously stated as
www.towerpropertyfund.com in the combined Offer Circular and aforementioned SENS announcement, whereas it
should have stated www.towerpropertyfund.co.za.

The Independent Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and, to the best of
the Independent Board's knowledge and belief, that information is true and this announcement does not omit anything
likely to affect the importance of the information included.
