Withdrawal of cautionary announcement

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released today regarding the
acquisition of Zingaro Holdings (Pty) Ltd and the various cautionary announcements and are
accordingly advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in Brikor’s shares.
