DEALING BY A DIRECTOR - DONATION TO A CHARITABLE ORGANISATION

Mr JF Mouton, chairman of PSG, has donated his 39.9% shareholding in
Dana Beleggings Proprietary Limited (“Dana Beleggings”), an associate
of Mr Mouton which holds 10 278 495 PSG shares, to the Jannie Mouton
Foundation, a charitable organisation which supports various
philanthropic initiatives.

In compliance with rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
