NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the company has distributed its Integrated Annual Report incorporating
the audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the notice of
Annual General Meeting. The audited Annual Financial Statements contains no modifications to the
Reviewed Provisional Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2015, released on SENS on 17 March 2016. A copy of the Integrated Annual Report for
the year ended 31 December 2015 is available on the company’s website, www.interwaste.co.za, as
well as at the company’s registered offices at 2 Brammer Road, Germiston South, Gauteng, South
Africa


NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 14:00 on
Thursday, 30 June 2016 at 2 Brammer Road, Germiston South, Gauteng, South Africa, to transact
the business as stated in the notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the Integrated Report.

The following salient dates apply to the Annual General Meeting:

Last day to trade to be eligible to vote at the Annual General             Friday, 17 June 2016
Meeting.

Record date for determining those shareholders entitled to                 Friday, 24 June 2016
vote at the Annual General Meeting.

Last day for receipt of forms of proxy for the Annual General             Tuesday, 28 June 2016
Meeting (or they may be handed to the Chairman at the
meeting).
