SUBSEQUENT EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on
31 August 2015 regarding a no change statement, release of the
Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

There has been no changes to the Annual Report, save for the
following changes:
-   The company received notice from a supplier with regards to
    amounts owing to the supplier in respect of payment
    arrangements for services provided in the past.
-   The Financial Services Board provided Virtus Financial
    Services Group (Pty) Ltd (“Virtus”), a wholly owned
    subsidiary of StratCorp with a notice including further
    alleged contraventions by Virtus as a result of a complaint
    filed by Selective Empowerment Investments 1 Limited and
    Selective Empowerment Investments 2 Limited (‘the SEI
    Companies’).

As a result of the above and in consultation with the company’s
auditors the directors decided that the above were material
matters that required amendments of the relevant paragraphs of
the Annual Report as these could have an effect on the going
concern of the Group.

Accordingly the release of the annual report was delayed and
has been posted today.

The record date and the date of the Annual General Meeting will
remain the same as previously announced.
