NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

No change statement
With regards to the audited results for the year ended 28 February
2015, shareholders are advised that the annual financial
statements will be distributed to shareholders on or about 23 July
2015 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 16 April 2015.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Astrapak annual general meeting of
Ordinary shareholders will be held at Protea Hotel Fire & Ice,
Melrose Arch on Wednesday 26 August 2015 at 9:00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.

Salient dates
The notice of the Company’s annual general meeting will be sent to
its shareholders who are recorded as such in the Company’s
securities register on 17 July 2015, being the notice record date
set by the Board of the Company used to determine which
shareholders are entitled to receive notice of the annual general
meeting.

The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company’s securities register in order
to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 21
August 2015.

The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the
annual general meeting will therefore be Friday, 14 August 2015.

Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 09:00 on Monday, 24
August 2015. Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time must be
handed to the chairperson of the annual general meeting
immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
