notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 17 November 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 17 November 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were fulfilled, the Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 17 November 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined
as follows:
