Further to the voting results released on 27 October 2022 in respect of a request for written
consent of noteholders for the delisting of the ZAR100,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate
note due 28 September 2023 (the “Delisting”), with bond code DENG88 and ISIN
ZAG000154444 (the “Note”), noteholders are advised that the Note will be delisted from the
JSE Limited with effect from 4 November 2022.
