Mrs NO Chauke had a total of 61 423 Executive Share Scheme shares vest. She
exercised all the options of which he sold 27 749 to cover the taxation on
these options and he retained 33 674.

Under the company’s minimum shareholding requirements, introduced two years
ago, Mrs Chauke is required to hold shares to the equivalent of 50% of her
fixed remuneration. As of 30 June 2022, Mrs Chauke is not compliant to the
minimum requirements.
