Change of release date of annual report and consolidated annual report for the year ended 31
December 2021

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the
release date of the Company’s annual report and consolidated annual report for the year ended 31
December 2021, scheduled for 30 March 2022 (as announced in the current report No. 12/2022 dated
31 January 2022), is changed to 6 April 2022.

The other release dates of interim reports in 2022 remain unchanged.

Legal basis: Art. 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current
and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
