AVAILABILITY OF THE AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE GUARANTOR
The Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that the audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2019
(“financial results”) of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (the “Guarantor”), the guarantor to the Issuer’s
ZAR 10 000 000 000 Unsecured Subordinated Note Programme dated 8 March 2019, are available for
inspection at the registered office of the Issuer.
The financial results have also been made available on Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited’s website at
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-relations/financial-results .
Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial results is unqualified, with no modifications
applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders that there have been no restatements to the
Guarantor’s previously published audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018.
