AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTOR’S INTERIM RESULTS

Bondholders are advised that the interim financial results of The Bidvest Group Limited (the “Guarantor”) for
the period ended 31 December 2018 (the “interim results”) is available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered
office.

The interim results of the Guarantor have also been made available on the Guarantor’s website at
https://www.bidvest.co.za/financial-results-archive.php.

Bondholders are further advised that there have been no restatements to the previously published interim
financial results of the Guarantor for the period ended 31 December 2017.
