Shareholders are advised that Mr. Marek Pawel Noetzel has been appointed as executive director to the
Board of Rockcastle (“Board”) with effect from 1 August 2016. Marek has been working for Rockcastle as
the Head of Retail since 4 January 2016.

Rockcastle has its primary listings on both the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange Limited.
