Special distribution announcement

Holders of BeGreen securities (“securities holders”) are referred to the announcement dated 20 April
2016 setting out details of a special distribution by BeGreen to securities holders.

Further to the abovementioned announcement, the manager (Nedgroup Beta Solutions (Proprietary)
Limited) and the trustee (FirstRand Bank Limited) of BeGreen have now resolved to make a special
distribution to securities holders in an amount of 9.42184 cents (gross) per BeGreen security. The
special distribution will be constituted as follows:

 Gross dividend (local to be taxed)                                                         9.33421
 Local dividend tax at 15%                                                                 (1.40013)
 Net dividend                                                                               7.93408
 Interest payment (received from bank, no WTI applicable)                                   0.08763

The special distribution will be made to all securities holders recorded in the register on Friday, 13
May 2016 and will be paid on Monday, 16 May 2016.

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited regarding Dividends Tax, the following
additional information is provided:

1.    BeGreen tax reference number is 1671612164; and
2.    The ETF had 7 433 011 participatory interests in issue as at the record date.
