ordinary dividend distribution of ZAR1.7263 per existing share. In order to reflect this dividend
correctly in the Total Return Indices, FTSE will be applying a prorated XD adjustment of
ZAR0.092235398020151 to Growthpoint Properties Ltd effective 20 April 2015.
Growthpoint Properties Ltd special dividend treatment: Growthpoint Properties Ltd shareholders
will receive a special dividend distribution of ZAR0.445 per existing share. In order to reflect this
special dividend correctly in the Capital Indices, FTSE will be applying a prorated special dividend
amount of ZAR0.392810947947559 to Growthpoint Properties Ltd effective 20 April 2015.
