Ferrum Crescent Limited, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted iron ore
developer in Limpopo Province, South Africa, today announces
that it has on 9 August 2012 received a notice that Richmond
Capital LLP is a substantial shareholder in the Company, having
acquired as at 7 August 2012 a direct interest in a total of
18,056,081 ordinary shares (or 5.98%) in the Company.
