Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Mvela Group`s: * Headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2010 is expected to decrease to a loss per share of between 0,6 and 0,8 cents, compared to headline earnings per share of 124,9 cents for the comparable period in 2009; * Earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2010 is expected to decrease to a loss per share of between 51 and 56 cents, compared to an earnings per share of 117,3 cents for the comparable period in 2009; and * Intrinsic net asset value per share at 31 December 2010 is expected to decrease to be between 355 and 365 cents compared to 932 cents at 31 December 2009.
