Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements, the         
last of which was dated 30 October 2009, and are advised that negotiations are  
still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the   
price of Best Cut`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to        
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a   
further announcement is made.
