AUTOCALL EVENT: NELN19

Noteholders are referred to the listing of the NELN19 equity linked notes issued by Nedbank Limited on 30
October 2025 under its ZAR120,000,000,000 Structured Note Programme.

In terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement dated 30 October 2025 (APS), Nedbank hereby notifies
noteholders of the occurrence of an Autocall Event, as defined in the APS, in respect of the following listed
instrument:

Defined terms in this announcement are with reference to the APS.

Autocall Event

The Autocall Observation Date of 22 April 2026 having occurred, the Issuer confirms that:

    •   The Final Reference Share Level was equal to or greater than 100% of the Initial Reference Share
        Level; and
    •   Accordingly, an Autocall Event has occurred in accordance with Item D(10) of the APS, as determined
        by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.

Early Redemption

Following the occurrence of the Autocall Event, the Notes will be redeemed early at the Autocall Redemption
Amount of 108410 cents per Note, comprising a capital repayment of 100000 cents per Note and an interest
payment of 8410 cents per Note.

Accordingly, the Issuer confirms that the Notes have been redeemed and will not continue in issue in
accordance with the Salient Dates below.
