HARCOURT STREET 1 (RF) LIMITED – CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Evelyn Deiner is appointed as an alternate director replacing David Peter Towers
with effect from 12 September 2024.

The replacement is to ensure separation of roles as David is the appointed corporate trustee
representative to the security trust for the transaction.

The Board expresses its gratitude to the leadership of David during his tenure at Harcourt Street
1 (RF) Limited. The Board further welcomes Evelyn as an alternate director of the Company.
