Minor Amendments to the Policy on Nomination and Appointment of Directors

In accordance with paragraph 7.7 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, following the
annual review of the Companies' Policy on Nomination and Appointment of Directors, noteholders
are advised that the policy has been amended with immediate effect.

Refinements were made to the description of certain skills and experience required for the
Companies' boards and have no impact on either the spirit of the policy, nor the process for
nomination and appointment of directors.
