A portfolio in the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment Scheme in
Securities, registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment
Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.

NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT FEE CHANGES EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2024

This serves as notification of a change in the management fees
relating to the Sygnia Itrix FANG.AI Actively Managed ETF. As from
1 August 2024 the management fee relating to the AMETF will be
amended to 1% per annum excluding VAT, and the performance fee will
be discontinued. The elimination of performance fees and a change
to a flat fee structure will enable investors to use Tax-Free
Savings Accounts to invest in the ETF.
