The First Interim Period in respect of the RLN030 Notes ends on
26 February 2024. The Total First Interim Redemption Amount will
be paid on 26 February 2024.

On 26 February 2024, Standard Bank will pay ZAR600.00 per Note
("the Total First Interim Payment Amount") to the holders of
RLN030 Notes. Since the Total First Interim Payment Amount
includes repayment of 50% of the capital of the initial purchase
price of the Notes, the Issuer will on 26 February 2024 reduce
the base costs of the Notes (that is the specified denomination
of the Notes) to ZAR500.00 per Note to account for the reduction
in the initial capital used to purchase the Notes.
