TRANSACTION SUPPLEMENT
The Multi-Issuer Programme 9 (RF) Limited has received approval from the JSE Limited (the “JSE”)
in terms of its ZAR 30 000 000 000 Applicable Issuer Supplement and the Applicable Transaction
Supplement (the “Transaction Documents”) established under the amended and restated Multi-
Issuer Programme Memorandum dated 19 July 2023 (the “Amended Programme Memorandum”).
MIP9 wishes to advise noteholders that the Transaction Documents have been registered with the
JSE.
The Transaction Documents will be available through a secure electronic manner at the election of
the person requesting inspection and on the Issuer’s website:

NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE MULTI-ISSUER PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM
A summary of the changes effected in the Amended Programme Memorandum is provided below:
• Updates to the Documents Incorporated by Reference section to include paragraph 4.10(b) of
the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) and the documents available on the
website section;
• Updates to definitions under the “Summary of the Programme” section;
• Updates to risk factor “Series Security” and the “Investment Considerations” section, which has
been renamed to “Risk Factors”;
• Updates to the “Form of the Notes” section;
• Updates to the pro-forma applicable issuer, transaction and pricing supplements;
• Updates to the “Terms and conditions of the notes” section in respect of the Interpretation,
Form and Denomination, Title, Interest, Payment, Undertakings of the Issuer, Subordination,
limited recourse, enforcement and non-petition, Events of Default, Transfer of Notes, Notices,
Amendment of the Terms and Conditions, Prescription, Meetings of Noteholders, Calculation
Agent, Issuer Agent and Transfer Agent and Rating Agency conditions contained in this section;
• Updates to the “Security Structure” section;
• Amendments to the “Settlement, Clearing and Transfers of Notes” section;
• Update to the “Withholding Tax” paragraph under the South African Taxation section for the
latest tax amendments;
• Update to the “Emigrant Capital Accounts”, “Emigrants from the Common Monetary Area” and
“European Economic Area” paragraphs under the Exchange Control section;
• Update to the “Glossary of Definitions.
• Updates to the General Information and Corporate Information sections; and
• Other ancillary updates to give effect to these amendments.
The Amended Programme Memorandum will be available through a secure electronic manner at
the election of the person requesting inspection and on the Issuer’s website:

The Amended Programme Memorandum will also be made available for inspection on the JSE’s
website, www.jse.co.za.
