CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Sebata ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Siphiwe Nodwele
("Siphiwe") has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company and chairperson
of the Audit Committee with effect from 28 August 2023.

The Board would like to thank Siphiwe for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.

Shareholders will be advised once a new chairperson of the Audit Committee has been appointed.
