Resignation of Dr Sharron Laverne McPherson from the Group Boards and Committees
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements
and paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are advised that Dr Sharron Laverne McPherson has resigned as an
independent non-executive director on the boards of MMH and MML, effective
31 December 2022, in order to pursue other interests.
Dr McPherson has also resigned as the chair of the Group’s Social, Ethics and
Transformation Committee and member of the Risk, Capital and Compliance Committee,
effective 31 December 2022.
